All swimwear has been handcrafted in Sydney, Australia. Due to the nature of textiles and hand made item, slight imperfections may be visible, which add to the character and story behind each piece.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Path to Nirvana has a no refund policy, unless item received is faulty.
We issue store credit notes for all returns except for items marked as Sale.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for a store credit or refund.
Please make sure you choose your sizes correctly by following our Size Guide.

Photos of faulty items will be required and we will then inspect and decide
whether to refund/ provide store credit.
We offer exchange for any product on the website which has the same value or less.
If the value is more than the original purchase additional fees will be charged.
You contact us within 14 days after delivery; that items are unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and hygiene liner attached.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM/S TO YOU?
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless return is due to a mistake on our behalf.
If you would like to send in your return for a credit note, you will be credited the order value excluding any shipping costs.
HOW LONG IS MY STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.
MY RETURNS HAVE BEEN REJECTED. WHY?
- You contacted us outside the 14-day return period.
- The item was returned without an official Returns Form.
- The item was returned either without the hygiene liner and/or original tags.
- The item is damaged/ marked and/or inaccurate to its original condition.
We will only accept exchanges on garments which are in a re-sellable condition so please be aware when packing the return items. Should your returns be rejected we will discuss the reasons with you via email and return the original item to you once you have paid for return postage.
